Conference Exhibitor Information
We will be holding our annual State of NC Conference from April 24th - 26th , 2025. The Conference will be held at the Village Inn Event Center in Clemmons, NC. The Conference will kick off with our Early Bird Session on Thursday, April 24th, and Friday, April 25th. The regular conference will start on Friday, April 25th at 1:00 PM and will end with our Annual Luncheon on April 26th at 12:00 noon.

If you would like to exhibit during the conference, we would love to have you share your driver and traffic safety information with our group. Exhibitors are welcome to exhibit during our regular conference starting on Friday April 25th. We will have an exhibitor room adjacent to the main conference meeting area.

If you are a State sponsored organization there is no charge for exhibiting. If you are not a State sponsored organization there is a $250.00 fee to exhibit in person or if you are not in attendance, there is a $100.00 fee to display your material. Each exhibitor will be provided with 2 complimentary meal tickets for each of the three meals. You will also be provided with a standard-sized table and electricity if needed. Internet connection is available through the hotel at no charge.

As always, our members enjoy receiving items that you would like to share with them. We usually have 350 attendees. If you would like an individual item placed into each member’s personal registration bag, please call me to make arrangements as we would be glad to work with you. Also, if you need to mail items to the conference, please let me know so I can arrange this with you to accommodate that need. Also, if you are interested in donating a door prize just let me know.

Your organization will be recognized in our conference program and you will be introduced to the conference members at the beginning of the conference.

If you need to make a room reservation, call the Village Inn Event Center, Clemmons (336-766-9121) or for overflow, call the Quality Inn, Clemmons (336-778-1500).
